How do I order? You can order On-line 24 hours a day , seven days a week at www.Watchcastle.com. You may also call a phone order in at 814-602-9723., Monday thru Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST. For on-line orders just simple click on the picture of the watch that you are interested in and go to the detail page, input the quantity, then click on the "Order Item" which is always right near the picture of the watch. You may also place your order by clicking on the name brand that you are interested it, input quantity and then click the "Order Item" and follow through check out. Also you may wish to place order through the "Gender LinK" just click whether your are interested in Men's, Women's, or Unisex Styles. This link will take you to a page which features watches for the appropriate gender and proceed with entering quantity and then click on "Order Item" and proceed to check out. |

What do you charge for shipping? Our customers are responsible for shipping charges. We are currently using US Postal Service as our shipping carrier. You can expect delivery of your item in 7 to 10 business days. Our prices for shipping are as follows: Standard shipping is $8.95 for first item and 2.95 for each additional item. International orders will be charged shipping fees. We charge 35.00 for international shipping. Customers outside of the United States are responsible for all taxes and duty fees.

What is your return policy? Our customer's satisfaction is our main priority. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your watch purchase, we encourage you to send the item back. We accept all watches that are not altered in anyway, such as removal of links. Please include sales receipt, tags, owners manual, warranty cards, and all packaging that came with the watch. We will be more than happy to make an exchange. Please make sure and inspect your watch as soon as you receive it, before wearing or removing the tags or factory tape, check over the watch to see if that it is in perfect working order with no blemishes. All our watches are 100% brand new and should keep accurate time. It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect the watch upon receipt to insure it is in perfect working condition, before wearing.
