Please notify us with your concerns within 24 hours of receiving your items to customerservice@watchcastle.com. You will be given an Watchcastle Return Authorization (WRA) code number which must be written on the original invoice.
All items must be repacked in their original packaging including all warranties, authenticity certificates, any gifts offered with the purchase and for all guarantee items. We offer a 30 day money back guarantee for any reason you are unhappy with your watch purchase.
For all international returns, please call us at (814) 602-9723 before returning you item. We will supply you with WRA code number for which you will write on you invoice. Please include you invoice in your return.
Before cancelling an order we will contact you via e-mail explaining the reasons for the cancellation, naturally we will not bill you for any cancelled items.
Listed below are reasons in which an order has been cancelled:
. . . The item (s) are not available--you will have the opportunity at this time to reorder another item to your satisfaction.
. . . Payment information is incorrect.
. . .The address you provide for shipping is a P.O. Box.
. . . Duplicate order was placed.
. . . Cancelled due to customer request (we will only cancel an order if the item is not on order and/or has not already been shipped).
